1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

By means of this application, learned counsel for the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Trial Court/ Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Criminal Case No. 864 of 2013 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 420, 406 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Manila Thana, district Gautam Budh Nagar.
3. Firstly, I do not find any ordinate delay on the part of Court concerned in deciding the aforesaid case and, secondly, there is nothing on record to show that the same is not being decided expeditiously for the reasons attributable to the court below or the respondents, in absence whereof I do not find any reason to grant the relief, as sought for in the application.
4. Dismissed.
