State of U.P. and others and 690 of 2009, Riyasat vs. State of U.P.
List this petition after adjudication by the larger Bench In the meantime Standing Counsel representing the State respondents No.3 Sri D. D. Chauhan may file counter affidavit within six weeks. Petitioner will have three weeks thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.
Considering the facts and circumstances, until further orders of this Court, dispossession of the petitioner from the land in dispute and realization of the damages in pursuance to the order impugned shall remain stayed.
