On 29.10.2018, this Court passed the following order:-
"As prayed by learned counsel for the applicant, put up this case as a fresh case on 19.11.2018.
From the record, it appears that the charge-sheet has been submitted against the applicant on 10.04.2018. However what has happened subsequent to the submission of the charge-sheet has not been detailed in the affidavit accompanying the bail application.
Let a supplementary affidavit be filed by the applicant giving detail of the subsequent events, which have taken place after the submission of the charge-sheet dated 10.04.2018."
In spite of the expiry of 48 days from the date of passing of the order dated 29.10.2018, the aforesaid order has not been complied with.
In view of the above, the court has no other option but to dismiss the present bail application.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
