Heard learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant, a life convict has prayed for temporary bail on the ground of ailment of epigastric pain and blood and mucous discharge with stool and treatment to be taken accordingly. But Medical Officer, Vadodara Central Jail, Vadodara has submitted a report dated 14.5.2012 to Superintendent, Vadodara Central Jail, Vadodara, which reveal that USG was advised by Surgical Department and report is normal.

In view of the above, the application and the prayer of the applicant stands rejected.
