Learned advocates for both the parties submit that they do not have any objection if the suit is expedited and the order passed by this Court on 20.7.2012 is continued till the final disposal of the suit.
In view of the above, learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Navsari is hereby directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.43 of 2011 on or before 31.12.2013, in accordance with law, on its own merits and without being influenced by this order or by the impugned order.
With the above direction, this appeal from AO/233/2012 2/2 ORDER order is disposed of. As the appeal from order is disposed of, civil application for stay does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
