This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the impugned first information report dated 11.9.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0236 of 2021 (State Vs. Sanjay Yadav and others) under Sections 447, 504 IPC and Sections 3 (2) (va) & 3 (1) (dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
