By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the Up Ziladhikari Meh Nagar, Azamgarh by which the order dated 2.7.2018 was modified.
It has been pointed out by the learned standing counsel that against this order an appeal has been filed by the petitioners before the Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh (Annexure 4 to the writ petition) The writ petition is not maintainable since the petitioner cannot be permitted to pursue two remedies at the same time.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
