In pursuance of order of this Court dated 25.04.2012, opposite party no. 3-Smt. Sita Yadav is said to be present in the Court. On her behalf power has been filed by Shri Gaurav Shukla, Advocate, who duly identifies her.
As it was argued that it being a matrimonial dispute might be settled between the parties, as such, Smt. Sita Yadav was summoned so as to ascertain from her as to whether she is agreeable for mediation or not.
On being asked from Smt. Sita Yadav as to whether she is agreeable for getting the matter mediated/settled between her husband and herself before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre or not, she replied in affirmative.
Accordingly, Smt. Sita Yadav and her husband Sanjay Yadva, who is also present, are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 16.05.2012 where entire record shall be placed.
Mediation and Conciliation Centre is requested to try to mediate/settle the matter between the parties and forward its report to this Court at an early date.
Till report is submitted by the Mediation Centre, interim order granted on 25.04.2012 shall remain in operation.
