Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the order passed by this Court on 13.09.2021, name of the applicant has wrongly been typed as "Pawan", in fact, it should be "Sanjay".
Learned counsel for the applicant is also permitted to make necessary correction in the application, by correcting section as "Section 376 I.P.C." in place of "Section 376-D I.P.C" during the course of day.
Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.3 of 2021 is allowed. Necessary correction has been made in the original order.
Order dated 13.09.2021 will stand corrected as follows:
In the 1st line of 2nd paragraph, name of the applicant "Pawan" should be read as "Sanjay". In the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph "Section 376-D I.P.C. should be read as "Section 376 I.P.C."
