Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 86 of 2013 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that on last several dates, the matter had to be adjourned on account of court lying vacant.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued.
However, it is observed that in case the court is lying vacant since long the petitioner would have liberty to apply to the District Judge for transfer of the proceeding to another Court which may be functioning.
