The petitioner's application for renewal of his clinic is pending consideration before the Chief Medical Officer, respondent no.2.
Without going into the veracity of claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the matter directing the authority concerned to consider the petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. .
