Although Sri Anuj Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation is present, none has appeared for the petitioner even when the matter is taken up in the revised call.
The petitioner's contractual engagement has been brought to an end by the impugned order. The Court in light of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India [2019 (2) ADJ 830], finds no ground to entertain a challenge to the impugned order.
