Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No. 363 of 2014, under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504, 506, 307 IPC, P.S. Asoha, District Unnao.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case after completing the investigation final report has been forwarded. Considering the same this petition has become infractuous.
However, it shall be open to the petitioner to make objection against the final report before the court concerned.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
