Pursuant to a decision taken by the respondents, applications were invited from those Assistant Accountant who had completed ten years service. Petitioner claims that in terms of the policy decision taken, he was eligible for being placed in the Subordinate Accounts cadre. Claim of the petitioner has also been forwarded by the District Cane Officer on 7.1.2016. Grievance is that though the claim has been forwarded but thereafter no further decision has been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for being included in the accounts cadre, pursuant to the Government Order dated 10.11.2014, in accordance with the applicable policy within a period of four months from today.
