Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following prayers:-
"(a). Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachment/grabbing made by the respondent nos.4, 5, 6 and 7 over the petitioner's house in question area about 200 sq. yards situated at Plot No. 30, having Khasra No. 320, Subhash Nagar, Phase-2, Bhogipura, P.S Jagdishpura, District Agra.
(b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the pending representation dated 19.02.2021 moved by the petitioner.
(c). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
(d). Award cost of petition to the petitioner."
The prayer no. (b) is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the pending representation dated 19.02.2021 moved by the petitioner within six weeks from today.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
