Grievance of the petitioners appear to be that certain arrears of Dearness Allowance; Assured Carrier Promotion and; revised salary in terms of the Sixth Pay Commission have not been paid to the petitioners. In that regard, petitioners appear to have made representations before respondent no.3.
In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for counter affidavit at this stage as the claim of the 49 petitioners have to be examined in the context of individual facts of each of the petitioners and no decision appears to have been made by respondent no.3, as on date.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners file their individual representations containing individual facts and documents, the said representations may be decided by respondent no.3. Petitioners are permitted to file a fresh representations along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks before the respondent no.3. Subject to such compliance may be made, the said respondent may proceed and decide the said representations, as expeditiously as possible, by assigning reason for the same, within a period of four months from the date of such representations being filed.
