Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicant and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only further time for depositing the amount pursuant to order dated 12.4.2019 has been prayed, as the applicant was unable to deposit the same because of the illness of the counsel.
It is thus prayed that two weeks further time may be granted to the applicant for depositing the amount pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.4.2019. Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks further time from today is granted to deposit the amount pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 12.4.2019.
In case the applicant does deposit the amount pursuant to order dated 12.4.2019 within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
