Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that appeal No. 63 of 2017 (M/s Sai Lime Products & Anr. Vs. Central Bank of India and others) filed by him is pending before Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad since 2017 and not being decided.
This writ petition is finally disposed of directing the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid appeal, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
