1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vikas Goswami, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Sanjay Sagar, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0185 of 2021, under Sections -419, 420, 468, 471, 120-B, 467 I.P.C., Police Station -Sarailakhansi, District - Mau, during pendency of trial.
3. At the outset, it is stated that chargesheet has already been submitted. In such circumstances, the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply for regular bail.
4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the event of regular bail application being filed at the appropriate stage, it is expected that the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
