Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No.167 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kydganj, District Allahabad.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is the husband bearing in mind the serious allegations which are levelled against him of continuous demand of dowry and forcibly throwing out the informant alongwith her minor child from her marital home.
Accordingly, the application shall stand rejected.
