This application has been filed by the petitioner Sri Sanjay Popli for withdrawing the writ petition through a different counsel.

From the record, we find that the writ petition had been filed through Sri Shobhag Prasad Agarwal who has also executed the Vakalatnama. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this application.
