(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Upon appearance of Mr.Devnani for respondent Nos.2 and 3, appeal was kept for final disposal upon joint request of learned counsel. Learned counsel Mr.Das and Mr.Devnani have negotiated, but they could not reach an agreeable figure which the appellant would be required to pay to the respondents. Under the circumstances, the appeal is admitted and ordered, by consent, to be listed for final hearing on 27.8.2012. In the meantime, impugned order dated 10.10.2011 in SCA No.13147 of 2011 shall not be enforced by the respondents. S.O. to 27.8.2012.
