Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondent no. 2 be directed to decide Second Appeal No. 29 of 2010-11 (Krishna Mohan Mathur Vs. Chandra Prakash and others) under Section 331 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of computer generated copy of this order after verifying the same from official website of Allahabad High Court, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment. In case any adjournment is granted, the court shall record reasons for the same.
