Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Heard Sri J.L. Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri G.P. Singh, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the informant had assaulted the applicant for which he lodged FIR u/s 323, 504, 506 IPC, hence present FIR has been lodged against the applicant which is counterblast levelling false and frivolous allegation of taking money of Rs.25 lacs on the pretext of providing job in the Railways but there is no documentary evidence to prove the same.
Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Sanjay Kumar Yadav, involved in Case Crime No.171 of 2019, u/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S.
