Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Assistant Teacher (Taitaniya) in respondent no. 5 Madarsa, after the post was duly advertised in two news papers. It is contended that the petitioner's appointment was made strictly in accordance with law and thereafter papers have been forwarded to the Registrar/ Inspector by the Committee of Management of the institution on 25.3.2017 but petitioner's claim has not been examined so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's grievance would be examined by the respondent no. 1, at the first instance.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher (Taitaniya), in light of the communication sent by the management of the institution on 25.3.2017. An opportunity of hearing would be given to respondent no.5 institution. Reasoned decision would be taken by respondent no.3, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
