Petitioners claim to be working as Teachers on Honorarium basis in District Institute of Education and Training, Basti. Their grievance is that they are not being paid honorarium from March, 2018 onwards, without any specific order passed against them. It is also stated that petitioners have continued to work ever since March, 2018 onwards, and there is no reason why the honorarium be not released to them.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that all such issues of fact can be examined by the respondent no.3, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach respondent no.3, in respect of their grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of their claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
