JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellant states that he is not aware about the order passed by this Court.
The Registrar Listing has passed the order way back in the month of February, 2018. Office report shows that the order dated 2.1.2007 has also not been complied with. Twelve years have elapsed, steps have not been taken.
Learned counsel for the appellant does not want to file affidavit of his clerk that he was not aware about the order passed eleven years back.
This appeal is therefore, ordered to be dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 as though this Court had passed order, steps have not been taken.
