The only prayer pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction, Paper No.6-C in Original Suit No.146 of 2019.
Counsel of the petitioner points out that the defendant has already filed his objections against the application for temporary injunction as well as his written statement.
Accordingly, the trial court is directed to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
