Heard Shri Siddharth Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners; Shri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State Authorities.
The petitioners claim that they were selected in the selection on 10.12.2015 for the post of Assistant Teacher in Robertsganj Sanskrit Degree College, Robertsganj. The petitioners were given appointment on 15.12.2015 and the petitioners joined the post on 21.12.2015 and 17.12.2015 respectively. The petitioners were paid salary from December 2015 to June 2017 from State exchequer. Thereafter, without assigning any reason the salary has been stopped. The petitioners made several representations to the D.I.O.S. but no decision has been taken so far.
The writ petition is disposed of that in case the petitioners file a fresh representation before the D.I.O.S., Sonebhadra, the D.I.O.S. will consider the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law giving reasons, if any, as to why salary has not been paid to the petitioners once initially salary was paid from December 2015 to June 2017.
