This Court has passed the order dated 25.01.2019 as under:-
"Ten days' time is granted to respondent No.4 for filing counter affidavit in the matter. List this matter on 27.02.2019.
In case counter affidavit is not filed, the respondent No.4 shall appear in person to assist the Court on the next date of listing. Interim order granted earlier shall continue till then."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that despite the aforesaid order being passed neither the counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite party No.4 nor he is present in person. List this petition on 25.03.2019. Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of listing. On the said date, the Chief Executive Officer, Faizabad Chhavni, Faizabad, shall appear in person to explain the reason as to why the counter affidavit has not been filed despite a specific order of this Court dated 25.01.2019 and as to why he is not present in person today. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad is directed to ensure the presence of the Chief Executive Officer, Faizabad Chhavni, Faizabad on the date fixed. The Senior Registrar of this Court shall intimate this order to the Chief Executive Officer, Faizabad Chhavni, Faizabad and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad for its compliance.
