The petitioners are aggrieved against the notification issued on 30th October, 2018 by the 2nd respondent for refund of the fee charged for selection pursuant to the advertisement issued in the year 2012.
The ground raised on behalf of the petitioners is that those who were the applicants to the above advertisement have already filed a writ petition before this Court for appropriate direction to bring the selection process to its logical end vide Writ -A No. 8113 of 2018 and in case if withdrawal of the fee as per the notification is done it will prejudice their claim. The withdrawal of the fee as per the notification in respect of the selection pursuant to the advertisement in the year 2012 as offered is a matter of individual concern whether to apply for withdrawal or not and the liberty so rests with the petitioners as well.
List along with Writ - A No. 8113 of 2018 on the date fixed in that petition.
