Shri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
