Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner working as Head Operator in U.P. Police Radio Department by the instant writ petition, seeks the following relief:
a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned authorities to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2019 and further to consider the transfer sought by the petitioner from district Mau to district Varanasi."
It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending before the fourth respondent.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the fourth respondent shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent, Deputy Inspector General (Police Telecom) Headquarter, U.P. Police Radio Headquarter, Mahanagar, Lucknow, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
