Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has confined his prayer for a relief of early disposal of Apeal No. 80/15 of 2011: Sanjay Kumar Singh and others Vs. Girwar Prasad and others, pending before the Court of Additional Commissioner (Administration), Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur.
The aforesaid apeal arises out of an order dated 21.1.2011 passed by the Up-Ziladhikari, Gyanpur, in a suit under section 229-B of the U.P. Z.A. and Land Reforms Act. This Court in Writ-C No. 6635 of 2012: Chandra Bali Vs. Addl. Commissioner and others, vide order dated 8.2.2012, has issued a general mandamus directing the authorities to decide revenue matters within a time-bound period as specified therein.
Accordingly, no separate direction is required to be issued in this petition for deciding the above apeal within the specified period.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to follow the directions and the time-bound schedule laid down in the aforesaid judgement/general mandamus in deciding the above appeal.
