This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Criminal Case No.12353 of 2017, arising out Case Crime No.33 of 2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kidwai Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar.
The submission is that the trial is pending since 2017. Even charges have not been framed.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to frame charges within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
