Undisputedly the petitioner is a contract employee and has petitioned this Court aggrieved by an order by which an earlier transfer order has been placed in abeyance.
Bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Division Bench in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India and others [Writ A No. 54840 of 2013], the Court finds no ground to entertain this writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
