Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The present application is filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 06.07.2017 passed by Civil judge (S.D.)/FTC, Jaunpur arising out of case no. 1980 of 2016 under Section 420 IPC, P.S. Line Bazar, District Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicants have already been bailed out.
Prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants is hereby refused.
However learned counsel for the applicant if so advised, the applicant may file discharge application before the court concerned for redressal of his grievance.
With the aforesaid observation the application is disposed of.
