JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rejoinder affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
The petitioner being similarly situated person claims his entitlement of order dated 12th of March, 2012, passed by this court in writ petition No.5412 of 1999.
Considering his status, the benefit of the order passed in the above noted writ petition is extended in his favour.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of finally.
