Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been validly appointed and his appointment is approved, yet his salary has been unauthorizedly stopped w.e.f. October, 2017. It is stated that neither any order has been passed nor any reason has been assigned for stopping petitioner's salary. Representation made by the petitioner in that regard has also not been considered, and hence this petition.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
