The report of the District Magistrate, Siddharthanagar dated 27th April, 2019 is taken on record.
It is admitted therein that necessary directions have been issued to the District Basic Education Officer to withdraw the order dated 30.3.2019 and the same had been withdrawn vide letter dated 22nd April, 2019, addressed to all the Managers of the Committee of Management/Administrator of the Aided institution in District Siddharthanagar.
Noticing the said fact, it is evident that the grievances raised in the present petition had been redressed at the ends of the respondents.
No adjudication as such is required.
The writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
The officer posted as the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharthanagar is directed to remain careful in future.
