The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide H.M.P. No. 315 of 2018, filed by the petitioner under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petition was filed under Section 13-B of the Act in view of the parties having settled their dispute amicably.
Having regard to the facts of the case and submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the court below to ensure that the case is decided positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
