This is an application for correction in the memo of bail application as well as in the order dated 15.2.2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that name of the applicant was wrongly typed as 'Sanjay Kuma' in the memo of bail application and consequently in the bail order wrong name has also been transcribed. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to correct the memo of bail application and consequently correction may also be made in the bail order.
Application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application.
The bail order dated 15.02.2011 is also corrected to the extent that the words 'Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar' be substituted in place of words 'Petitioner :- Sanjay Kuma'.
