1. Sri A.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner, on instruction, submits that subsequent to order passed by this Court on 18.12.2020 the encroachment has been removed, therefore, the prayers made in the writ petition have been satisfied and nothing remains to be decided on merit.
2. On the basis of above statement, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
