This transfer application has been moved by the applicant with a prayer to allow the instant application and transfer the S.T. No.42 of 2018 as well as Case Crime No.246 of 2017 (State vs. Rohit Kumar and others), under Sections- 498-A, 304-B, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge/ F.T.C. Chandauli, from Chandauli to the concern District Court-Sonebhadra with a further prayer to stay the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
During the course of the argument, learned counsel for the applicant has pressed his application that he be given an opportunity to move application before the concerned trial court for ensuring his personal safety and protection.
Also heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
In view of the submission so raised, the applicant is free to move appropriate application before the trial court and the trial court may proceed further in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, this transfer application is disposed of.
