1. Sri Gyanendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed an application under section 245 Cr.P.C. in case no. 63 of 2017; Khunkhun Vs. Chantara Devi and others under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 IPC, police station - Kachhwa, District - Mirzapur, which is pending since 5.4.2018 and concerned court has not passed any orders on merit.
2. In view of such submissions, learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide application under section 245 Cr.P.C. in case no. 63 of 2017; Khunkhun Vs. Chantara Devi and others under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 IPC, police station - Kachhwa, District - Mirzapur, which is pending since 5.4.2018 within 30 days of receipt of computer downloaded copy in PDF form of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
3. In above terms, the application is disposed of.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
