The order impugned dated 20 April 2019 has been passed by the appellate court in Civil Appeal No.80 of 2017 rejecting the application filed by the petitioners for admitting additional evidence.
In the opinion of the Court, the order impugned is purely interlocutory order and does not warrant scrutiny at this stage. The petitioners have the remedy of challenging the impugned order alongwith the final order passed in appeal.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order alongwith the final order passed in appeal.
