JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel states that the land in dispute has been sold earlier by Sri Shyamvir Singh to Sri Ashok Kumar Bindal, from whom the petitioner has purchased the land. When Sri Shyamvir Singh sold the land it was claimed that the land was agricultural land. It has been accepted by the A.D.M. (Finance). While, according to State, in 1990 it was declared as Abadi land under Section 143 of the U.P. Zamandari Abolition and Land Reforms Act. Against the order of the A.D.M. (Finance), the State has filed Revision No. 11 of 2009 (State Vs. Ashok Kumar Bindal), which is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Agra in which 22.11.2010 is the date fixed. The decision in the said revision has material bearing in the present case. He requested that the case may be adjourned for three months.
List after three months. On the next date, learned Standing Counsel may inform the Court the result of the revision.
Till the next date of listing, interim order shall continue.
