JUDGMENT / ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University and the learned Assistannt Solicitor General. 2. Considering the confined plea made by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the Inter University Tournaments, if she qualifies as per the existing eligibility Rules as per the Association of Indian Universities, as indicated in Ext.P1, specifically clause (b) of paragraph 2 under heading (i).The petitioners have filed the above writ petition only on the apprehension that Ext.P2 speaks of an amendment to the Rules. In any event, no amendment has been effected since Ext.P2 is only the minutes of the meeting and item No.10 is a recommendation which has not crystallised WPC.No.32158/2014 : 2 :
into an amendment. It is made clear that this judgment would be effective only if the amendment has not already been brought into Ext.P1 rules.
Writ petition disposed of.
