(ORAL) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to be issued to the Naib Tehsildar, Raunahi, Tehsil Sohawal, District Ayodhya to expeditiously decide the Mutation Case No. 808, said to be pending before him since September, 2018.
A copy of the order sheet has been filed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. From a perusal of the same it is apparent that the case is being listed regularly, almost twice a month, before the court concerned, but the lawyers are abstaining from work. Therefore, no direction can be issued to the opposite party No.1 to consider and decide the case expeditiously.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Naib Tehsildar to hear the parties in person, if they appear and decide the mutation case at the earliest, say, within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
