Sanjana Sharma, petitioner-1 appears before the Court and states that she has voluntarily married to Abhishek Pathak, petitioner-2. In the F.I.R. her date of birth has been mentioned as 1.7.2000 and she is at present major.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 22.11.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 743 of 2018, u/s 366 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, district Shahjahanpur, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
